Baked tilapia is a weeknight supper dream. The fish, which has an extremely gentle fish taste, is an incredible method for getting those non-fish eaters to adore it. It cooks rapidly and takes on flavors well. We cooked our own in a lot of margarine, lemon, and garlic to make it splendid and new and simple to adore. Fixings
4 tilapia
Fit salt
Newly ground dark pepper
5 tbsp. margarine, dissolved
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. squashed red pepper drops
Squeeze and zing from 1/2 a lemon
1 lemon, cut into adjusts
Newly slashed parsley, for embellish
Headings
Preheat broiler to 400°. Season tilapia with salt and pepper and spot on a little baking sheet.
Combine as one margarine, garlic, red pepper pieces, lemon squeeze, and zing then, at that point, pour over tilapia. Place lemon adjusts on top and around tilapia.
Heat tilapia for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is fork-delicate.
